    Taken over by Petro and now completely worthless. Now rather than family company know-how, you get someone from a faceless army of sub-contractors with little knowledge, and outrageous prices.

    Years ago, Holzapple came to my house to do a shower repair. They were not able to repair it, but charged me a nice sum, and in fact, they broke the shower. I then had to call in a different plumber to order the part. The owner was not interested, and now when I called them for a simple plumbing problem, I found out that they prefer not to do business with me. I have never had a problem with any service before ever.
